The hotel itself is gorgeous. Our check in was smooth, but we found trying to navigate the hotel VERY difficult. There were no maps around the property, nor any personelle around to ask questions to unless you wanted to wait for a server at the bar. We werent told about the map on the app at check in, or by any of the employees we asked, another patron had to tell us. We had reservations at 2 of the restraunts but waited 30+ mins once we arrived anyways. Lastly when we woke up Saturday morning NOTHING in our room would power on, the lights and curtains were all dead and we had to call the front 3 separate times to get someone to actually come to the room and reset it, this lasted over an hour, we were stuck in the dark. Honestly, The spa was the best part, the service there was great and it was everything as advertised.
