My place is great for families, couples and climbers located on the west side of Las Vegas (about 10-15) minutes from the strip. There are double pillow top beds, 85 inch in living area and TVs in every bedroom with cable! Beautiful back yard with a private pool and spa, which can be heated at no attritional cost between March and the end of November.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Suncoast Hotel Casino. Enjoy features like a water park, 1 hot tub and laundry facilities. A private pool and a kitchen are available in the holiday home.

NO SWIMMING IN THE POOL PAST 10pm No Large speakers allowed on the property. Quiet hours are between 8 am to10 pm $75 per pet, per stay
$75 to heat the pool and spa per day Nov-April $25 per day charge to heat spa year round $2000 non-negotiable fee for any guest that smokes in home.
Number of guests on the reservation are limited to guests ONLY Any alterations to the number of guests need to be made thru VRBO prior to check in.
