We were on the 14th floor handicap with a service dog. The elevators basically did not work most of the time. Still looked to be out of service when we left. Had to have the service dog urinate in the stairwell, due to staffs inability to help us to the ground floor. Very sad experience. We won’t be back and are locals.

Staff, plus the hotel took $250 from my account accusing me of smoking while i never smoke in my entire life. The hotel hallway was was smelling cigarette. I talked to the manager that i never smoke in my life. She didn’t listen and still took the money from my account by force.
