I recently checked into Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, and I’m honestly shocked by the level of service we experienced — especially for a hotel with this reputation. The problems started right away. We were first given a room with two beds, even though I specifically requested one. Not a big deal — we went back to the front desk, and they changed it quickly and politely. No complaints there. But that’s exactly where the real issue begins. They gave us a room that was already occupied by other guests. Our key opened the door, music was playing inside — at first we thought maybe it was some kind of welcome feature. But the moment we stepped in, I was stunned. There were personal belongings everywhere, clothes, bags — clear signs that someone was actively living in that room. This is not just a mistake. This is a massive violation of privacy and guest safety. We had to go back downstairs again and explain everything. They apologized and issued us a third room — all within 30 minutes of arriving. After a long trip, this was exhausting and unacceptable, but we stayed calm. As a gesture, they gave us a $50 credit to use at any of the hotel restaurants, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. Later that night, right before going to bed, my wife noticed the condition of the bathroom in our new room. We stayed in room 2007 which was suppose to have a strip view I don’t think this was I only saw a parking garage and alittle piece Harrahs building from my view definitely not a strip view. The room was nice the staff for checkin atleast the guy I had was very poor customer service asked where to check in bags and got a finger pointed that direction nothing else. Overall not worth it he money
