Front desk staff and the gift shop lady was super helpful. I like the fact, there was a lot of security, and it took a room key to enter the sleeping room entrance, which made me feel safe. The casino floor was extremely clean and the restaurant bar staff was very friendly.

We've stayed here a couple of times and while it is dated and some things do need maintenance requirements, I understand how running a bigger hotel like that in this economy can be a little bit more difficult. The maintenance is my biggest concern, it looks like repairs needed are being overlooked or aren't being handled in a timely manner.
