This was a wonderful house, possibly the best VRBO we've rented over the past few years. We're traveling with a dog, the house was accommodating for that. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked with appliances (large and small), and everything else needed for a good stay. The back yard is completely finished with stone patio and artificial grass turf. Lots of seating, a large covered area with seating, a barbecue. An extension of the house, actually, very nicely done. The host was very attentive and responsive. It's in a nice neighborhood of typical Las Vegas homes. A large grocery store and drug store are very close (almost walking distance). Steiner's, a local pub and restaurant is right there, too (and we recommend it).My wife and I agreed that we could live in the house (if we were moving to Las Vegas).

Overall the house was exactly what I was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised that it was a three bedroom, but listed as a two bedroom. Very nice house, in a nice neighborhood and great location.Now the negative
Upon my arrival the house hadn’t been cleaned from the previous renters. I called and told management. I was told that it couldn’t be cleaned until the next day. I was told there was probably fresh linen in the closet and that I could use that. Management (Beck) was very helpful and he refunded my cleaning deposit. Other than the cleaning issue; it was a great stay and I would stay there again.Greg

Great house and location

Short stay with my father for a golf trip. The house met our needs. Two small considerations:1. The house doesn’t have a brush to clean the BBQ, so we had to adjust meal plans.2. The downstairs was quite chilly despite turning the heat up. All things considered, these are two very minor issues. Overall ,the house was great.

Disappointing

We were surprised and disappointed at how dirty this home was. There is NO WAY it gets regular professional cleanings. We had a few concerns that we brought to the manager's attention. The manager asked for more details and pics, which we provided, but no attempts were made to address the issues. We're talking dirty, blood-stained sheets in the master (which grossed me out and we never slept in that bed), dirty blanket (balled up and tossed in the closet), dirty dishes in the cupboards and on the shelf, bathtub wasn't draining and clearly hadn't been cleaned, hairs/debris on the vanity, very dirty carpets, and other people's opened food containers in the pantry. The list goes on. And there were long-term cleaning issues that needed to be address, too, like filthy baseboards, windows, and light switches.Do NOT underestimate people's reviews on the firm beds. Both king beds were rock hard, and the pillows were hard and flat. We requested some fluffier pillows to offset the hard mattress, but that request was ignored.This was a great location to be near the friends and family we came to visit. It's a spacious house (and has 3BR not 2BR as advertised) with a nice backyard, but unfortunately we would not stay at this house again.

Wonderful Base for Vegas and Red Rocks

We had a very enjoyable, comfortable stay here in this lovely house. Close to Red Rocks area, which was our main destination, but also faiely quick to get into the Strip area. Would definitely recommend this property and would love to return!

Near the highways we continuously used making it very convenient for us to get around. 15 from the airport, redrock (outside vegas)and the strip, allegiant stadium or for us Hells Kitchen (inside vegas) . Grocery store just outside neighborhood.

very nice property

i was in vegas on Business This was a very nice home for what i was looking for. not too far from where i needed to be. I would only recommend bringing a space heater with you as the downstairs is very cold. The upstairs gets hot enough. The homes design does not allow for the downstairs to get heated up properly unless you use the fireplace which i did not have access to because its a gas fireplace and you need a lever to turn on the gas which was not supplied and it is not in the living room anyhow, sowouldnt have made much difference Overall i was happy with my stay and i would certainly recommend. the host checked on me nearly everyday through email.

Beautiful house

I stayed for almost a week i really liked the house and location close to where i needed to be really appreciated the keurig dishes and accessories really enjoyed the large tub i liked the beds and the tvs with the apps would recommend staying here!
