The room was nice but there were no bags in our trash cans and the room felt rushed clean. There were not a lot of amenities AT all. And the staff was kind except for an older man at front desk that did look at us kindly and seemed to have a judgmental look on his face based on our attire. But I suppose it was an okay stay thank you.

We have a problem with the safety deposit box, the staff said they would come in half an hour but it did not happen. We claimed two times at Concierge service. They said the same. We spent 2 hours in our room instead of going out in Vegas. Shame on the service

The carpet was very dirty, and there were fruit pits and tissue scraps left on the floor that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. When I tried calling the front desk from the room phone, it only connected to an automated system and never reached an actual person. On top of that, the check‑in process was extremely slow. There were only four or five people ahead of me, yet it still took almost an hour to get checked in. I honestly have no idea why the front desk was moving so slowly. Really disappointing overall.
