You get what you pay for. The surrounding area is pretty dirty with lots of sad homeless people hanging around. If you park your car in the garage Averie the street, be warned, the elevator doesn’t work and you will have to be sure to not step human waste. The pool was pretty gross, the restaurant wasn’t open, the drinks were pretty expensive for the atmosphere, the cleaning crew won’t come clean your room unless you ask a ton of times either. If you’re on a real budget the room price might be alright but I’m definitely paying a little more to stay at a better up kept property. We were also locked out of our entire floor for over an hour.

My stay at this establishment was okay. First mistake they made is gave me a double bed when I paid for a kings bed with a view. But the nice thing they did was to reimbursed me, which was very nice of them. Besides that, there were no other issues after..

Easy access to everything. Bed was super comfortable. I wished the room came with refrigerator and coffee maker and that the pool was colder. I also was sad to see in house restaurant was closed. Other than that our stay was comfortable and clean and the whole staff was very friendly and helpful.
