Sad showers

Stayed over a busy music festival weekend, so this could be part of the biggest issue for my average rating - cold to lukewarm showers were the norm, at all times of the day. The room had two large red stains on the carpet and the bathroom was wiped down but not very clean, as evidenced by multiple long hairs found around it. Bed comfort was okay. We hoped to hit the pool Friday afternoon, but it was closed to prep for a party the next day. Only walked through the casino, so not much to review there, but the Art Cafe was fun and reasonably priced and the check-in staff was excellent! For a cheap(er) room, on a busy weekend, it was fine.

Not very happy with this place I requested three times for them to come out and clean my room I was told at first they had until 5 o’clock. I got here after five. The room was not clean no fresh house so then I called them and said I need my room clean and I need towels. Of course no one came out at 7:50 PM. I went to the front desk and requested fresh towels and coffee for the morning got in at 1:30 in the morning still no towels no coffee room is dirty. This is the second time I’ve been here. I’ve already made arrangements to come out for a third time in November 2025 not looking forward to it. I’m so disappointed with the grand hotel in Las Vegas.

Room was clean, but when we ran into issues there was no help to be found. Tv went out called 3 times in 13 hours and no help. No clean towels brought even when called and requested 3 separate times. Shower backed up and when called for help again nothing happened.

The room we were given was not the one we booked. Instead, we ended up in a very old, partially remodeled room that looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The images shown are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. On top of that, bringing luggage in and out was very inconvenient — the self-parking lot is across the street, and the elevators were out of service during our stay. For the price and expectations, this experience was far below what we anticipated. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The casino is okay, the hotel is clean but the rooms were lacking. The ac wasnt working at night which was pretty warm and stuffy then the hot water wasnt working the shower or sink. It was kind of a bummer and didnt feel relaxing.
