They offered me an upgraded room for an additional $19.00 a night. I decided to select the upgrade only to placed in a non upgraded room. On top of that the room we were in was full of moisture. So bad that we couldn’t see out the window. I left and had to get another room at another hotel.

Resort tower room was nice, good beds. Only real negative was the bathroom floor. Looked it was whitewashed over tile. Not appealing, showed lots of marks (dirt, mold??).

The room was spacious. Smelled like weed and the hallways were dark. Check-in was easy, however, the staff did not seem friendly. There was an irate guest screaming during check-in and no one seemed to acknowledge him. He was yelling for security and after 15 minutes, security still had not come.

Only complaint was one employee directing traffic at the check in kiosk. I explained to her they had texted me there was an error with my online check in and the messages specifically said to report to the counter she refused to let me in line to speak with some one at the counter. She said well whatever but there not gonna be able to help you. So once i got to the counter they helped me in 5 minutes. I told the manager what had happened and she did apologize. I understand the chaos is at check in. But if your trying to make the process smooth. Please be willing to help. Instead of being rude. Cause you did not help the situation at all. Especially if that is what your job is.

All of the staff we talked to were so kind and very helpful! Our room could’ve had more amenities though. The bathroom sink faucet wasn’t tighten all the way so every time we turned the water on, it would spray water everywhere. There wasn’t any mini fridge to keep drinks cold or any coffee maker to give us access to hot water for our snacks. We stayed 4 days, 3 nights and housekeeping only cleaned our room once out of the whole stay and when I tried to call housekeeping to ask if someone can come clean our room, I was on hold for awhile and no on answered.
