The hotel was nice and we got a great rate. However, checking in was very difficult and the people working at the front desk were frustrated as well, but took it out on the customers not understanding they system when actually the system wasn't working! We also prepaid for parking and could never get out of the lot! We always had to call someone to let us out. Overall a great stay though, just try to avoid the front desk.

The rooms do not seem very clean. It smelled like wet dog. The carpeting needs to be replaced. Not all of the outlets in the room work properly. There should also be room service. Furniture should be replaced. It’s very dated. Better blankets need to be put on the bed. there should be a clock in the room. The whole property needs to be updated. I will never stay here again.
