The workout room was supposed to open at 7:00 every day. My husband and I like to exercise first thing in the morning. Several times during the week it wasn’t open until 9:00. When I finally found a staff member at 8:45 on Thursday, they said they didn’t have anyone to open it earlier, but it would be opening soon. Finally opened at 9:00. We were upset we couldn’t get our work out in earlier.

The check in is a nightmare. It's self checkin via kiosks. If the names on the card and the reservation do not exactly match, including middle name or initial or lack thereof, it gets denied. Then it's literally a hour long wait in line to correct it. Only one person working that area of the desk. Terrible Terrible Terrible. And everyone else on the other side of the fresh bustling back and forth are too busy to help clear the que. Literally an hour standing in line waiting because their system doesn't recognize a middle name or no middle name.

The bathroom floor was dirty. The TV was hard to hear turned all the way up. The bathroom light would not turn on sometimes, kept having to reset it. Bought tickets to the tournament of kings dinner. Food was gross and they brought you the food with the other plates stacked on top of each other, bottom of a dirty plate on top of my food.
