There was a couple dogs in the room Next door when we arrived and then there was someone smoking the next night but the hotel itself was clean and well located and staff were friendly and helpful.

The location to the Sphere was awesome and walkable. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was very nice. The room was clean and had a nice layout. I didn't like the outdoor noise or the hallway noise. Everytime a door shut we heard it.

0 issues, and was very happy with this hotel. Right off the strip (10 minute walk to The Sphere for reference if you're a quick walker). Ubers to the strip only cost about $13 each way. Clean, spacious rooms with a mini fridge and microwave. Mine had a pull out couch, coffee table and desk. Front desk staff was always nice. My only recommendation would be to add EV chargers (only because I got stuck with a Tesla rental car not by choice)

Very close to Sphere, easy walk. Clean well-run facility with friendly staff. Breakfast was a step above most free/provided breakfasts and the morning staff was excellent at keeping everything supplied and hot. The area is undergoing construction and is just a bit in need of cleanup, but we didn't feel and safety concerns. There are several good restaurants very close.

If you are coming into the Vegas to see a show at the Sphere and have done Vegas multiple times and just want to stay outside of The Strip, this place is perfect if you are here for a Sphere specific show and is under a 10 minute walk to the event space. You can get an affordable Uber in the afternoon hours to locations at The Strip, but we tried to leave come evening because the Uber prices more than double, so plan accordingly for other events and planned dinners.

Room is in good condition but pretty small. Good location. Staffs were very nice. However, only one person was preparing breakfast, so people were wait for long time for food and drink. The hotel should arrange at least two to three person to prepare. Especially during weekend and holiday season. No daily room cleaning service. I have stayed for three nights.

Hotel itself is good. Clean, decent breakfast, comfortable beds. Easy walk to the Sphere. But we did not sleep the two nights we stayed due to loud construction next door. Not the hotel’s fault but you may want to book elsewhere if you value peaceful sleep until the construction is done. Guests are told there is no ordinance for noise, so they work all night running heavy machinery. Very loud.
