Upon arrival we didn’t have the screen door code and needed to make a call to gain access to the front door. The thermostat didn’t seem to allow adjustments within certain timeperiods. The host mistookwas made about our departure darts one day early. The biggest concern was I was overcharged for additional guests. it took several calls to get the appropriate refund for my my son and his girlfriend however I am stillovercharged for my daughter. I’ve asked to resend the contract since I can’t seem to see it in my email and it still has not been sent to me. I’m still awaiting a corrective refund for my daughters stay from12/28 - 1/1.
