The room was amazing. Awesome staff. Smoke free property and quiet. Most people want casino life, and grat thing is the westgate is a 5 min walk. So tou get peace and quiet and the best of everything.

The resort was very lovely; updated, clean, nice quiet area, great marketplace (with Starbucks I might add), nice pool, rooms were very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. We felt right at home. The employees were very helpful and accommodating. The monorail and a casino is within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was a standout. The tub was huge! Location is also a plus, not too far away from the strip. Parking being free is great, although it was kind of wonky after they close off all but one gate during the evening through morning. Other than that, it's pretty solid.

The rooms were clean, and the in-room kitchen was fully equipped, which was helpful while traveling with kids. However, our experience with the front-desk staff was disappointing. Prior to our trip, we contacted the hotel to inquire about room details, parking, and kitchen facilities. During that call, we also requested a higher-floor room and were told that a higher floor with a golf-course view would be provided if available. At check-in, we were initially assigned a room on the 4th floor, and our prior request appeared to have been ignored. When we asked about a higher-floor room, the front-desk staff informed us that none were available. After we mentioned our earlier call, she reviewed the notes and eventually reassigned us to a room on the 10th floor with a golf-course view. Unfortunately, her attitude throughout the interaction was unwelcoming and visibly annoyed. She remarked that this was not how room allocation works and implied that we were not entitled to a higher-floor room, despite having paid a premium rate and having confirmed our request in advance. A lack of courtesy and support—especially toward guests traveling with children—is not acceptable from a reputable brand like Hilton. Given the price we paid, we expected better service and a more professional, guest-focused experience.

Staff was courteous. Had to switch rooms because in the first room the bathroom electric receptacle was not working, the toilet ran all night, and the batteries that operated the room safe had run out. Once that got sorted it was good value for the money. Very close to the monorail stop for easy access to the strip and parking is complimentary.
