Leslie has been incredible with her customer service! She allowed later check out since I had a trade show, and the staff is incredible. I will say, I didn’t necessarily enjoy the greeters outside the front office. They want you to sit in a 90 min meeting for a time share. Beware.

Room was real nice. Tv in bedroom was not working, called and maintenance was there within the hour and fixed the problem. The back entrance(curb) needs painted or something done with the rocks. I fell out there and another lady who seen it said she about fell there too.

Property was very clean, friendly staff. Beautiful king suite room at a great price. Nice bar, good quick food to go, restaurant wasn’t open early in the morning. Recommend this property, very nice!

The breakfast option is awful. All Carbs and no healthy proteins and fruits. Jimmy Dean breakfast microwaved sandwiches every day were awful.

There was a lot of confusion when I check in it took me like 15-20 minutes just to fully check in and that was the extent of my customer service while there. I wasn’t told about any amenities or breakfast or anything. Just given my card after being treated like a burden and shooed away. The room was nice but that’s all it had going for it.

Unfortunately due to huge flight delays we checked in at 4am and check out was at 10am. The lovely staff provided us with a later check out which was greatly appreciated. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the hotel very much however it was beautiful, great view, very helpful staff.
