Excellent resort!! Not as busy as other places on the strip but has great restaurants and amenities. Everything strip wise is still within walking distance but without the crowds. Everything has clear labels for directions of where things are, which was very helpful for first time Vegas goers.

Was a dream of mine to stay here so dished out the money and what a total disappointment. I will never stay at a Hilton again. Arrived to a massive line up. We were just after 3 pm and check in isn’t till 4. So they room was not ready and we were told they would message us at check in time at 4 pm. Finally around 5 pm I went back as I was exhausted. Front desk was apologetic the room wasn’t ready at check in time so I let it go. There is very limited seating at the check in area and people were lying on the floor! Ridiculous for a 5 star hotel. The elevators were not clean and went to our room on the 33rd floor. Nice view. Bedding was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Very small room. Only one luggage stand and two bath towels for a party of 3. Requested additional but no one delivered. Room was not clean…dirty walls, scuffed paint. Drip lines all over in bathroom and even hairs stuck to ceiling. Next day we went to Juniors in the hotel for breakfast. Food was good but service was horrific. I had to go to the round counter for a coffee as our waitress never even offered a refill. We actually went there again for the $26 milkshakes and didn’t even get straws. When we went up to our room on the 33rd floor we were greater by VOMIT in the hallway just off the elevator area and down our hall to our room. NO cleaning staff cleaned it and I actually had to leap over it on Sunday cause the cleaning cart was parked beside. VOMIT 3 days in hall…there when we left
My daughter just jumped over the vomit in the hallway on floor 33. I have video but it won’t let me post it.
Dirty walls by toilet.
Spots all on mirrors when arrived. Even someone’s hairband was left in bathroom.

The room we stayed in had a crumbs on the rug so it wasn’t vacuumed prior to our arrival. The body wash wasn’t replenished prior to our arrival so we had to add water to the bottle in order to get the most out of it until I reached out for a new one. The $100 credit should be on a gift card or something because there’s no way to remember it and my friends that also stayed didn’t remember either.
