Assigned room was next to the elevator, the entire stay hearing the sound of elevator up and down inside the assigned room was a terrible experience. Had to wait for 30 minute to simply check out was unheard of for this kind of establishment. Overall, very bad experience, I would not stay here again.

Two main comments based on my two-day stay at this hotel: 1. Check-in experience: When I arrived, it took about 45 minutes to check in due to a shortage of staff. Some guests were taking over 20 minutes to complete the process, which seemed unusual and inefficient. It shouldn’t take that long to check in guests. 2. Lack of complimentary amenities: There were no complimentary services either in the hotel or in the room. For example, there was no coffee machine provided—I always like to have my coffee first thing in the morning—and even bottled water wasn’t included. Paying $15 USD for a bottle of water is really inconvenient and disappointing.

I was very disappointed about cleanliness from the Hilton brand and a newer hotel. There was a blood stain on the sheets and a carpet had a vitamin pill on the floor. Did they vacuum? The hotel seemed empty compared to MGM grand hotel which is older. Hilton needs to remove its name from this hotel. There wasn’t enough bell checks either. It was the worst stay in Vegas for my birthday.

This hotel is extremely overbooked, so we couldn’t get the room type we booked and ended up waiting in line for over an hour just to check in. It’s not even a “busy day” situation, every time we passed by the lobby, there was always a long line. They’re also very understaffed, which means you get almost no service. On our first day, we were out the entire afternoon and came back exhausted, only to find that our room hadn’t been cleaned. We had to call the service line twice before someone finally came that night. And the service line itself is just a machine, which doesn’t answer your questions or actually help. They told us we could use the spa and gym, but we never did. Even so, there’s a mandatory resort fee of $55 + tax per day added on top of what you’ve already paid when booking. For the price and the lack of service, I’d strongly recommend staying somewhere else.
