Great view, but we had to exchange the duvet cover because it was visibly soiled in several places; the floors in the room didnât appear to have been washed between guests; the services were spotty in the building (the bar was closed once, midday, the pool opened 2 hours late, d/t no lifeguards available; they didnât have our room ready until 2 hours after check in time, and the lines weâre horrendous, with no where to comfortable sit in the lobby, but they gave us a food credit for the inconvenience; Palms Place is staffed as an afterthought, w/the Palms casino and hotel being their main focus. But, for the price, you get a strip view, and the restaurant âLaguna â, in Palms place was the shining star of the property; service at restaurant was impeccable, but then, they arenât staffed by the hotel, so that makes sense. The restaurant overlooks/is connected to the pool; it was really fun to hang out at the pool (although they need misters out there, because it was too hot to walk barefooted on pool deck), and have something to eat while hanging out; all in all, itâs pretty good for what you pay; I would just demand that the floor be mopped and all bedding changed before your visit;
