Elopement Getaway

We came to Vegas to elope and enjoy a quick honeymoon. This location was perfect walking distance from everything on the strip. The room was beautiful and clean. The hotel was so accommodating with their valet parking. We could not have asked for a better stay!

Great Accommodation Services Lacking

Great suite. Very clean and kitchenette is handy. Changed their services at the pool. Servers are told to only serve day beds and cabanas but leave it up to them. I did not mind walking to get a drink. Drink prices steep. Nice area and close to the strip. Quiet area. Needs some updating but location is excellent.

This unit is in Tower 1 which is the closest to the casino, entertainment, and restaurants. The listing info and pictures are accurate. The bed is very cozy, the thermostat is easy to operate, and the building is non-smoking. Thankfully, there is no Keurig but there is a good coffee pot. The shower & bathtub area is ideal and there is a separate toilet for privacy. The view is phenomenal from the 32nd floor and we did not hear any outside noise so sound insulation is great. The Formula 1 race next weekend will defy most noise insulation though. A big plus was a small bar w/TVs, a Starbucks, and a small snack shop in the building. There is about a 10 minute walk to the casino and there are moving walkways to help. Check in at the lobby was efficient and fast with friendly staff. The owner emailed us the day we booked the reservation and was in continual contact to make sure our experience was enjoyable. We have never had a problem with VRBO rentals (knock on wood).

Peace and Quiet and Next to Everything

This property is now my favorite place to stay in Vegas... was able to walk to the strip via the MGM GRAND connected walkway. Had fun at the lazy river and had my peace and quiet time at the adults only pool in Tower 1. The unit i stayed at was clean and bed was very comfy. Nice to have a refigerator to keep water in. The host kept me informed at all times during my stay if i had any questions and checkout was a breeze. Availability of Uber/ lyft on the property was awesome. Will definitely be looking this place up again on my next trip to Veags

Amazing condo, perfect location

Condo just as described & pictured, bed was so comfortable! Kitchenette had a mini-fridge, microwave, stove, sink. Only recommendation for the condo, would be to add a magnifying mirror with additional lighting in the bathroom & for the cleaning crew to leave more than 4 washcloths for guests. We had an issue while using the laundry room, w/ who we thought was a staff cleaning lady, who came in & seemed annoyed that we were in there. She had a red wagon heaped up w/linens from rooms she was cleaning, She came back in every little bit, visibly more annoyed each time, Also, we we initially had came into the guest laundry room, there were “out of order” signs placed on all 4 dryers. People randomly came in while we were waiting for our clothes to wash, but when they saw out of order signs on the dryer, they opted not to wash their clothes. Now, I’m thinking this lady placed those signs on the dryer because they worked. The next day, this same lady almost ran over me while pushing a bike through the lobby & offered no apology. She then started complaining about someone’s 2-3 year old child crying, saying she wished someone would shut that kid up. That’s when I went to Signatures Hotel staff manager to file a complaint about her, only to find out she was a Condo owner & resided there in a unit full time. I also killed a cockroach after getting off one of the floor escalators that connected MGM Grand to Signatures, but a large distance from the condo

The walk balcony was amazing!

We loved being by the Strip without being on the Strip. Our friends also got a room but through the Signature and our room was much better. I expected the balcony to be small and just open door buy you could have 4 people out there with plenty of room. Our view was of the Strip and the Highroller. We loved it and kept the door open most nights. We wanted to stay longer but the hotel was completely sold out. Will definitely stay here again!

Signature at MGM

This place is nice the views are outstanding it was easy to look out our balcony and see where we wanted to go and get there. The room was clean updated with current furniture and technology wish I could stay a few more days and would definitely use this property again.

Great place, but the benefit of a kitchenette is lost.

Great property, Great view. The owner chose to not have the kitchen utensils, pans, toaster, etc. Due to covid???? The property changed its housekeeping for owners and no longer supplies the owner with those amenities. Without those this just becomes a hotel room. If you are looking for a hotel room, this is great! If you are like me and choose to have a meal or even leftovers in your room, there are other units in the same property that are providing the expected items.

The Worst service from a host

Prior to me checking into my room, apparently the hotel itself changed the policy about cooking utensils in the unit due to COVID. The host failed to inform me claiming that it was just done the week before allowing the host enough time to inform me that I would not be able to prepare my own meals. I’m someone who that when traveling I don’t like to spend a lot of money on fast food. The fact I could not prepare my own meals was a major inconvenience for me especially financially. I’d spent money on groceries and had to let them go to waste. The room was beautiful however, was not cleaned thoroughly. Hair was left in the bathroom on the sink, in the water closet on the floor. After reaching out to the host about the cooking utensils there still was no resolution. He basically told me that there were no other accommodations at the time. Then proceeded to stop responding to my messages. So unprofessional, and rude. I would not recommend this host, just rent a room. It would be easier
