Let’s start with the good stuff…The signature is connected to the mgm grand but down a very long walk way. So if you have kids keeps them away from the smoke. The communication was good we would message and they would respond quickly sometimes it was a general response of let me look into it. On day of arrival we were told that the front desk had the remote but that wasn’t the case we looked in room but it wasn’t there. We let the property manager know they got it to us on day 3 around 6pm. Second we got 2 wash cloths for 3 people and 4 big towels for 5 days a single rollOf roll paper, and no access to the laundry. We had friends stay in other privately owned and was granted access to the laundry and paid less money then we did. They also got late checkout for no additional cost. Just seemed to me that we were nickel and dimed for every thing. Also be aware it’s a 300 deposit upon check in. You can not ask the front desk for anything they say it’s privately owned so if your out of toilet paper you are out of luck.
