Very nice hotel! Clean and very comfortable-great restaurants, beautiful pool and sandy beach! We wish we could stay longer…. There’s a range of restaurants, from a casual food court to all types of upscale choices. We had to struggle to make a decision with which restaurant to choose!! There’s Starbucks in the lobby too! Beautiful property!!

Had a terrible experience with checking in. I was told that I was going to receive a text due to my room not being ready at the time of check-in (1:30 pm). Never received any text, so I was forced to stand in the long line-up again to speak with a desk clerk. Long story short, it took 4 trips back and forth to the front desk for me to get into a room, and we all know how long the walks are in these hotels. Robby was my desk clerk, and he was not easy to deal with. There is an obvious lack of customer service training! When I finally got let into my room using a master key, as my keys would not work, we found that someone else was already in that room (underwear on the table and an unmade bed). The final trip down, Robby spoke to the front desk controller, who then figured things out and got me into a different room. No apologies or perks given for the inconvenience. Will never recommend this place to anyone!
