1. This property is aged and some sections are dingy because of it. 2. Casino is centrally located and you have to walk thru the casino to get anywhere. The casino allows smoking and for a non-smoker, this is overwhelming. 3. Lastly, the hotel uses 1-ply toilet paper in the rooms. You would think they could use 2-ply with the amount of people that stay there.

A white luxury towel was removed/stolen from my room. I had to change rooms also because I was bit by an insect. Not sure if it was a mosquito or bed bug or something else. I had to request for someone to come mop the room because the floor was dirty.

Great experience. We had the soho 2x queen beds. Lots of food options on main floor, self check in was really easy. Close to monorail and airport. Only complaint was how strong the cigarette smell when coming into hotel/casino floor. Compared to other hotels it was really strong.

The guy upstairs flooded his room passed out in the tub after midnight sending water into our room through the bathroom light fixture. Staff responded quickly and cleaned up the mess. Plenty of activities and food options. Arcade, rollercoaster, gambling. Tons of attractions nearby.Only checking out was annoying. Other than that it was a nice 9 days and 8 nights.
