Room was great. Housekeeping never serviced the room over the weekend and I had order in room dinning that was never delivered, but I was not billed for it. I’m not sure I would stay again, too many other properties at that price range that I feel do better. The privacy of Nobu is it’s best feature

What a beautiful experience. From check-in, to dinner at Nobu, to the Blake Shelton show at Cesar’s all great!! Room was beautiful and roomy! Surprised that the toilet was not a bidet but very nice and roomy! I love the separate vanity to style and get ready. Suggest moving the outlets up above the vanity not below where I hand to crawl under to plugin! I hope to stay there again!

The room had a pair of underwear on the floor when I got int the room which is clear to me the room wasn’t clean and has hygiene issues. I called guest services and the manager left me a message, only taking off the resort fee. They should have comped the whole stay as it was terrible!!!! The toilet was running all nice and kept me up at night. The floor was not vacuumed. I saw hair and crumbs in the corners. Disgusting room and poor service. I will never stay at this hotel again and will be reporting it.

Hotel was excellent. Resort charge is pure theft. $62 including taxes when you check in at 4:45pm and out by 11am. Span closed at 8 so no steam or sauna, pools are closed so no jacuzzi so what is the resort fee for. Highway robbery and why Vegas is dying a steady death.

True Asian service level from check in and different person at check out. Flawless. Room was wonderful ( except bed was too soft for my liking). Mix work and then drinks, the hotel was difficult for me to find inside the casino. The elevators were too difficult to figure out for an Old man like me. But with those issues this was the best hotel stay I have had in the last 20 years.

The room inside is modern and new, but everything would cost extra if you don't pay attention, and you can hear huge music noises on the bed at 1pm, the worst part is you only allow to use two devices for internet and pay 14.99 extra for one more machine but you only get 20mp. And never eat the korean (chef Esther sth) food in the food court it got us food poisoning Tuna is disgusting, and we have to vomit immediately. And TV can't turn on and turn off. Vegas is a big rip off nowadays.
