Never again for this one

The room needs renovations and shows signs of it's age. The bed was horrible and slipped in the center so when you layed down you rolled into the center. No mini fridge in the room and the ice machine would not dispense ice. Food At Hooters was great and had good taste.

I can't believe that if you wanted to check-in 45 minutes prior, they were still going to charge $25 & then parking wasn't included in the check-in. The carpet in our room was dirty. Only one elevator working in our tower. For the amount they charge, they can give it a face-lift at least. It's in a good location but i don't think we'll be staying there again.

Not only was the mangers and service very poor this hotel is completely a wreck I get to the hotel to be told about a $300 deposit not disclosed I get to my first room to see a room with Mitch match seats blankets that look like they were t even washed

There was one elevator working, the workers they had were rude along with the men that worked the check-in/out desk. I did not have a fridge nor a microwave in my room. for a fee of 199 I should have def had one in the room. they state you can't have for an xtra fee. We had to drink hot beverages and could not reheat food so ordered out and had to purchase more than we would have liked. I paid extra for a smoking room with a king size bed and was given 2 queens , me and my spouse was vey cramped on that small bed, as we own a king. where do I begin with how outdated the room and bathroom were the first room bathroom tub was terrible as well as filthy and reeked. the iron board and closet doors was broke. The second room balcony door was jared off the hinges, let me give that bathroom a poor grade as well the tub was dirty and the soap dispenser was broken off the wall. The stairwells were filthy and led to outside given no access to get to the lobby, being there was only one working elevator to get to and from the 10th floor we had to walk down alot. The pool water was freezing. Sorry as much as I travel this had to be the worse stay yet, the whole building needs a renovation inside and out. the best experience was while at the pool. Oh yeah one server we had from Friday night to Sunday was the sweetest ever. Oh I left out how filthy the towels were, like they were used already as well had hard texturing. Sorry but not sorry this will not be a placed I would stay again.

Beware, don't stay there

I got charged a smoking fee. $566 I wasn't in the room when it happened, I did have someone walk my dogs, but still, $500 fine, and then a random $66.90 tax. Plus they charge for parking. There's plenty of parking, but after $50 for resort fee and 22$ a day to stay there it's not worth it. The Hooters girls are nice there, but they aren't the models in the pictures. Most of the time only 1 elevator was working, so 4 elevators were broke during the whole stay, and one guy said he worked 2 months and they've been broke since. And the other elevator that was working half the time I was there wasn't always working. It was the fastest elevator, but it was almost never working. If there's a fire in the building you're going to have to jump out the window. I made video, but I'm posting a picture of what they claim is going to be clean for $566. I repeat. Don't stay here. Spread the word. Customer service was awful, they checked me out a day early without me even checking out, and told me I was checked out even though my key still worked. Then when they corrected it they overcharged me. Which I still have to figure out.

Room was spacious. Hooters is inside Hotel area. Hotel is very close to Vegas strip. Swim pool area is nice. Room bathroom sink and tub were clogged. I'm surprise this was not picked up when cleaning room. Not all elevators were working. Overall a good stay.

Miss G the heavy set manager with red hair loves to eat behind the counter while stealing from customers the F B I needs to raid this place and charge OYO with wire fraud ! Please beware they will charge you a $702 fee for false claims of smoking in the room! They want the cash ! Beware !!!!

Workers at the front desk were quick to dismiss different issues I brought up on two separate occasions. They might as well have told me “that’s just the way it is”. Even if there was nothing that could be done, I’d at least expect them to pretend to have some sympathy. There was an incident in the middle of the night where I was concerned for another customer’s safety in the room next door. I tried to call security several times but they never answered. I ultimately had to do a wellness check on my own, luckily everything was ok. The room appeared to have had a resent remodel so little to no complaints there. However, the rest of the property needs to follow suit as it is old and run down.

Only 1 working elevator!?

At check-in the staff was a rude and not welcoming at all, their faces matched the enviroment of the hotel, sad and miserable. To have only 1 working elevator and unclear signs that directed guests as to where the stairs were that went all the way down to the lobby was a nightmare, taking anywhere from 15-20 minutes just to go up and down. The staff working the elevator could carless and when trying to ask for directions for the stairs they had no idea where they were. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows felt like sleeping on a piece of paper. Over the many years of staying in Las Vegas, this was the worst one ever and felt horrible that my family had to be with me to experience it as well. Our stay was only 1 night thank goodness, had our stay been any longer I would have wasted my reservation here and spent the money to go somewhere else. Definitely will not be returning here again!
