Clean room, with basic amenities, but beds were squeaking. You can tell they used cheap furniture to furnish the rooms. The bedrooms were nice size but needed a dresser to put clothes in. Large closet but not enough hangers. Shower was really nice, but the splash guard isn’t big enough and so water would get all over the floor even with mats. No way to call front desk without a what’s up app ( not making it convenient. No housekeeping services, but if you stopped by front desk you could receive more amenities. Our TV in the living room did not work. It was offline then the programming would cut off every 15 seconds. It was a real bummer as we were trying to watch football on Sunday. They did try to come fix it, but by then we missed most of the game before it was resolved. Had plenty of dishes, but need a whisk and a mixing bowl. Need kitchen towels/ washcloth to clean counters and stove. Vent on stove is open to air so hot air is coming out while cooking ( I think something was put together wrong). They have shampoo conditioner and body wash, but bar soap needs a holder, it gets all over the counter. There was no steamer in our room. We stayed in a 2 bedroom and had to share hair dryer. Each room should have their own. Lastly, the AC was extremely loud in one of the rooms, woke us up constantly. Several closets were unable to open, must be for washer/dryer. Need extra trash bags, and more than 1 dishwasher pod. Beautiful clean, quiet facility. pet fee is high!

Super cool room overall. It's modern and comfortable and the 2 bedroom suite was very spacious and roomy. For as fancy as this place is, I'm pretty surprised by the lack of amenities. They only provide 2 coffee pods in the room, and when you've used those you're expected to buy more from the store by the lobby, but they didn't even have any more coffee stocked. They were out of sugar and creamer, too. So, we couldn't buyt more even though we wanted to. Also, the in-app digital phone key is a fun idea in theory, but in practice it is super inconvenient and annoying to use. I ended up asking for a physical key after getting fed up with the phone key.

We only stayed overnight and left at 4am so we didnt get to use anything. The breaker popped twice in bathroom and thr room was set up for 4 with dishes for 5. Its a beautiful place but very hard to find your way around its huge and we got lost a cohple of times. They need more signs to find your way around. And though its very safe, almost too safe. You need your key to get out. Other than that the people at the front desk were very kind and helpful. The place is immaculate. Be prepared to step into the future!

Great concept, needs alot of work and no customer service. The technology is fine. The bed is hard as a rock. You are there to sleep. They placed a box spring mattress with a 2 inch mattress pad, see photo, it is like laying on the ground. When I called to speak to the manager, she was very rude and told me I didn't know what I was talking about, it is a mattress. I explained I had photos. I asked to talk to her boss and she said she was the boss. After talking to a few employees I found out she was the manager of the hotel, but there is a property manager. I called and asked for her to call me and never received a phone call back. They only provide a few coffee pods, one dish washer tablet and no ice machine. When I called and asked for refills I was told I could purchase these items in the store. The window treatments are cheap and do not block light. They have limited towel racks, one is above the toilet so you don't have enough places to hang your towels. No recycling can are provided. No furniture to enjoy the porch. People come from the area to enjoy the bar and security is limited. Should have key pads to access the upper floors in the elevator. Kitchen is very limited stocked, cutting board but no knives. No dish towels, oven mitts or drying towels. In fact the oven still has the plastic on it. The internet is very slow, which is ironic since it is suppose to be a high tech hotel. No cleaning service unless you order it 24 hour

It was a soft opening. So lots of work being done, with that being said, you need your phone to access rooms, building and pool. Bed is very creaky. Free parking though, lots of space, very clean. Would definitely check out again once they’re done.

I stayed during their soft open, so there are still a few glitches to work out, but overall the property is beautiful. The pool was not fully heated (perhaps because there are so few guests there yet) and the restaurants have not opened yet. The rooms are spacious and clean and have some nice touches. I imagine the price will shoot up after the official grand opening, so I found it to be well worth the value at the pre-opening rates.
