2 night stay

Other than having to put up with a beeping battery dying fire alarm for the first afternoon/night, the hosts finally replied in the morning and were able to get maintenance to come and replace the battery. There was also an ant issue in the kitchen, but only on the kitchen island. it was easy to clean up, but had to be monitored during the day as they kept coming back even though we didn't put food there.We are very grateful to the hosts for allowing us to have other friends visit us and spend time by the pool.

We enjoyed the house very much. My two daughters and their families and I stayed there. My son and his family who live in LV joined during day. Everyone enjoyed the pool, the games and the pool table. Lots of room to spread out!

The luxurious property was as advertised. The location is close to all that Las Vegas and Summerlin have to offer. The property is upscale in a safe neighborhood close to all conveniences. Ace was very responsive and attentive to our needs. The property is well furnished with plenty of towels both bath and pool. The beds were plush and comfortable. Be careful the property is so accommodating and comfortable you may not want to leave. zzzz

Comfortable and spacious

The house has so much potential to be great. The beds are comfortable, the outdoor area is nice, and the location is great. It is rough around the edges with broken furniture and other details that should be addressed throughout the home. Overall we had a very nice stay and I hope that someone who cares about the home will stay there for a week and bring it up to its full potential.

Lovely home that's beautifully maintained. Lots of amenities and well-stocked.The home could use some maintenance attention. Broken dishwasher and kitchen cabinet hardware. Spa thermostat didn't work, nor did patio shade near dining area.

Locals Staycation

This was the perfect place for our girls weekend. Plenty of space, the kitchen is well stocked, living room was roomy and comfy to catch up and chat and the pool is gorgeous. Location is close enough to get anywhere in town quickly.

Great home

House was great, size and amenities were fantastic. The floors need some attention. had to purchase slippers for inside the house because the kid's feet and sock got dirty. Very manageable though. Need some minor fixing up here and there but overall, very comfortable home. Great location. Would be great in the summer with the pool.

Not great

Had some problems right off the bat. Someone used the bathroom and didn't flush the toilet. Come to find out it didn't work tho it was repaired quickly after we contacted property manager. Furniture was in bad condition it had some holes in it and had to sit on throw pillows because it was so low to ground we couldn't get up from it. One chair in the corner couldn't be used Put my hand on it so I could slip on my shoe and the arm and leg nearly fell off.

Host totally misrepresented property in Ad.

Arrived late Friday Next morning found numerous items, see below list Spa does not heat. Pool was dirty upon arrival on Friday Ace came out Sat am & could not fix it, he emptied skimmer. Pool cleaner not working some heads in the in the in floor cleaner also broken & removed. BBQ does not work. Light up but no heat past 225’ Cannot cook, Ace said needs new BBQ. Not enough hot water to fill master bath Master bath jets in tub do not work also. Fireplace in bedroom does not work Rusted silverware in dishwasher. Dish washer rack on bottom is broken. No sheet under comforter- nasty Master bath had black hairs in sink, Acre said Maids were fired? Ant problem in Kitch, Ace brought us any spray. If I would have know about these issueIs I would have never rented here. Spa does not heat. Pool was dirty upon arrival on Friday Ace came out Sat am & could not fix it, he emptied skimmer. Pool cleaner not working some heads in the in floor broken BBQ does not work. Light up but no heat past 225’ No hot water master bath Jets in tub master bath dies not work Fireplace in bedroom does not work Rusted silverware in dishwasher No sheet under comforter- nasty this property. Also there were no disclosures that this house had all these issues. I took Videos & pics of all. Also Future Renter Beware as there are signs all over the house with warnings about everything & that fees will be charged. Once again these rules should be disclosed in listing when posted . That’s a basic disclosure.

House was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen was huge
.big screen TV’s everywhere so the boys were able to watch opening day football! Close proximity to the strip. And the pool was a lifesaver considering the temps in Vegas were about 110!

PLEASE READ REVIEW BEFORE RENTING!!!

The house was nice but outdated and dirty! The hot tub didn't work,the pool was dirty, the A/C didn't work the first 2 days, my kids had to sleep on the couch,the floors sticky and filthy and I had ants in 2 bathrooms! When heading to our check in time he told us they needed an hour more to clean because the people before left it a mess! When contacting him about the problems going on ,ACE was rude and condenscending! He left me a can of ant spray and when ants came back the next day and were all over my makeup and toiletries he snapped at me why I didn't keep spraying, I don't think for the amount I was paying a night I had to be doing his pest control as well. Two of our girls got bit as well. There was NOOO cleaning products at all. I had to use the dollar store clorox that was there to even wipe anything down. I had to ask for mop and broom because floors were sticky and dirty! The washers had mold and had to clean those too, my cloths smelled after being washed. When I got home I addressed all the issues and asked for some compensation especially the cleaning fee because I cleaned everything myself, I told him that I would write the review because I have video and pictures of everything and his reply was that he would have VRBO BLACKLIST me! I've ner been treated with such disrepect! PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE RENTING THIS HOUSE!!!

One Amazing House

Looking at the photos I was a bit skeptical that someone would share such a house. I have to say it not only met my expectations but exceeded them. I am partially disabled and there are no bars in the bathrooms which I was able to work around. They don't advertise that it is ADA compliant so I wasn't surprised but got along just fine. Wonderful house for a big family lots of room and a pool is wonderful.

Bowling Tournament; Girls Trip all bottled in one

I visit Vegas at least twice a year! This house was awesome! It was all that the description says and more. The outside was like a private resort, we spent a lot of time outside in the Pool. It was 100 plus all 7days we were here! The surrounding area is amazing. The surrounding Homes in the area were beautiful. Ace was very accomodating and addressed any concerns that we had right away. My group was overall impressed and enjoyed out stay here and I will definetly consider staying next year. Unless I may need more bedrooms due to others wanting to attend. Scale of 1=10 with 10 being the best. My overall experience was a 9. Consideration for next year will be on the list.

Loved Our Stay!

Property is exactly as described! Neighborhood is quiet! Perfect amount of distance from downtown and the strip. Close to a bunch of beautiful golf courses. Thirty minute drive to the mountains if you want to hike. This place was awesome and I hope to stay there again next year! Thanks to Ace for his communication and attention to all of our needs during the trip!

Vegas in a flash

Had a group of 8 seniors together for a quick reunion. Property was large and roomy to accommodate us all very well. We ate and hung out at the house most of the time. Outdoor area is spectacular to relax and enjoy the pool etc. The property management was outstanding and responsive to any of our needs. Would definitely recommend for larger groups and I will definitely stay there again in the future.
