Nice quiet clean apartment, no casino, non smoking

Needed a place last minute for a Friday-Sunday trip for me and hubby that was on the strip and non-smoking place. We got a one bedroom suite with a king bed. Loved they it had a kitchen, a bathroom with two sinks, a giant tub, a living room and a mini balcony! The kitchen was decked with a full stove with plates/pots/pans/glasses and even had detergent and a dishwasher! It felt like a real apartment! It was clean and quiet and had all the amenities to make to comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. My one critique was that one elevator was out of service so we had to walk from floor 7 for checkout with our luggage. The place is also a little dated but it was clean and lovely. There’s also a mini market for all your last minute needs. Will never stay in a hotel on the strip with a casino/smoke again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Polo Towers. I am a Hilton Honors member and I truly received the best possible customer service. It was great to have a full kitchen with updated appliances. It saved us money cooking breakfast and making coffee in the room and having a fridge in Vegas is a huge plus. It is a convenient location on the strip but nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable including the pull out bed. The communication from staff was amazing and the were attentive to our needs. I would stay again for sure. So happy we stayed here.

The property was perfect. ALL of the staff was amazing. They were working on the elevators that was a little inconvenient. Wish there was dining on property. I will definitely be staying here my next trip to Vegas.

The elevators is only problem for the hotel..but they were made already aware of in comms before arrival. It’s quiet and easily accessible to casinos properties in area…when BLVD begins to move tenants in it will be that much better for options
