Perfect for a Family Gathering

This was a wonderful place for our large family to gather with kids of all ages. The game room, large pool, tennis court, and basketball court kept all thoroughly entertained. The house had plenty of room for such a large group and the kitchen was so well equipped that we had everything we could ever need. The property owner and manager were great to work with- very quick responses and frequently checked to see if we needed anything. Will definitely plan to choose this for another family holiday.

Annual Golf Trip

Owner was excellent to work with. We have been traveling to Las Vegas for the past 17 years and have rented as many houses. This property was perfect for the group. Great location to golf, the strip, grocery stores and restaurants. Clean, well stocked with everythind we needed and great place to relax.

Great house for large groups

Our softball team stayed here with 12 people and it was fantastic. Tons of parking and outdoor space to relax in. Owner was very attentive and checked in to see if we needed anything or if there were any issues. Highly recommend for any large group!!!

Great Experience

The owner and property manager were always in communication with us and making sure that everything was taken care of. This house is huge and perfect for off-strip but close to the action. Had its own pool, game room, and lots and lots of beds to house our party of 13. Thank you!

A gorgeous place! Landscaping was beautiful and there was plenty of sleeping accommodations for everyone. We did have a slight hiccup with the pool but they where very responsive in getting everything straightened out. Communication the whole trip was very good and we all really enjoyed our trip overall. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

First time in Vegas

Everything was perfect! I came down with my bridal party guys and girl for our bach joint weekend. The host made me aware this is not a party house. I let the host know I understand and it is just for to eat and sleep. We spent most of our stay on the street but when we didn’t we enjoyed the pool. The host is extremely fast with responding. I was a little skeptical one night when someone came in the gate, but it was the pool guy. The host was fast responding and made sure i was comfortable. I will for sure come back and stay. The property is very spacious. I loved it

Amazing house for a large group!

House was perfect for our stay. Plenty of comfy beds and all the comforts of home. Property and house were both very spacious. Stayed in the winter time and heat worked great as well. Highly recommend for a large group as you feel very secluded from the neighbors. Property managers were very responsive and helpful as well. Can’t go wrong renting here!

Annual Golf Outing

Annual golf trip, been doing it for more than 20 years. This years group had 14 at the house, best house we have ever had in all the years i have been putting this together. Communication from Joe was a 10. Pleanty of space inside and out. Very private and comfortable, highly recommend. We will stay here for all future Vegas stays.

Awesome house and owner

So 19 of us rented this house for 5 nights. We had a wonderful time. The owner was amazing. Great communication from the time we booked it till we checked out. Even let my wife and I stay later than checkout because our flight did not leave till 1145 pm. Couldnt ask for a nicer gentleman, would def recommend this property.

Great Place For a Large Group

We had a group of 17 stay here for a college reunion and had a blast. Everything you need is on property. Tons of space to spread out and several large areas to gather and enjoy each other. Short distance to downtown and the strip in a quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful home in Las Vegas

Joe was amazing with communicating and was very considerate. He let me know when we could check in, to care of the AC issue we had in the casita immediately and was always quick to reply to every text I sent. The house is beautiful and we truly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be staying at his property again!

Exceeded Our Expectations!

Where to begin
From the initial conversations with Joe months before our stay, we were impressed! Joe explained in detail what to expect and ensured we had all the vital information which helped our group of 18 people make solid plans. Days before our arrival, he checked in to offer assistance if necessary. When we arrived, the property exceeded our expectations. It was very nice and cozy. All the rooms were prepared and everything functioned as advertised. We didn’t take advantage of the tennis or basketball courts until the evening as the temperature was over a hundred degrees each day. That didn’t stop us from hanging out at the pool once we returned from our daily adventures. The property is geographically located near the strip and in a nice, quaint area. The check out process was equally simple and easy! Bottom line this property is as advertised and we will definitely return.
