Summerlin

Overall very poor and did not meet VRBO standards. We enjoyed Summerlin and the HOA operations. The owner did not list the property deficiencies that she was well aware of. We communicated our concerns to the owner directly and they were ignored. VRBO can check our email chain for our concerns expressed to the owner and her answers or lack thereof. We believe that we were over charged and we are owning for the inconveniences for not being able to make much use of the kitchen until we went shopping for basic items that are always available in VRBO properties. First time in 15 years we have been disappointed and in fact we have booked another property in Summerlin for net March. The owner had plenty of opportunities to make things right but chose not to bother. Please call me directly to discuss this further. I would dearly like to discuss this property with VRBO mgt. Thanks.

Great Stay in Great Location.

This rental was clean and well appointed. Directions for location and check in were spot on. Nice and quiet with friendly neighbors. Close to freeway, short drive from airport. Would definitely stay here again!

Great for visiting family but not staying with family

Perfect space for visiting family in Las Vegas suburbs. Close to stores, grocery, and restaurants. Big enough space to spread out and not be on top of each other. Even enough room to have a cousins sleep over in the bunk beds!
