Host was proactive and responsive with communications. We did not need any special accommodations, but they seemed very open to addressing any issues, had we needed. Check-in and out was simple and easy. The room was exactly as described, with all the expected amenities. We had a very comfortable stay in this hotel-style studio apt/condo.

We had a couple of issues. The safe didn't work and one bathroom faucet was leaking severely so we didn't use it. the coffee was disappointing too. We contacted the owner who responded quickly, however we realized we were communicating with AI and our issues were not resolved. The entire unit was clean but the inside glass with view of the sphere was covered with face smudges and hand prints. Location was convenient and the pools were very nice

We loved to quietness of the place. Its only a short walk through to the MGM Grand Casino. Pools were open early which was a giant plus considerin nwe had 30 in February. This place is great if you love the strip but want to sleep in peace. Starbucks and convenience store in tower 1!

This suite was perfect. Direct view of the sphere from the balcony, which was my absolute favorite. The only thing that stopped me from giving all 5 stars is the hot water. If you put the shower on pure hot, it is cool, not warm at all. I did not contact anyone about it, our stay was rather short and busy so I didn’t focus much on it. I would stay there again.

Do not gamble on this unit

I have the stayed at the signature before and was excited to bring my family. What a extreme disappointment. We arrived to the room that was not fully functional. No toilet paperor paper towels, only 2 spoons, no bowls. We tried to contact the owner by email text and phone call but never got anything except a automated VRBO response about giving 5 star reviews. We actually wanted to extend our stay A-day and started trying to contact the owner 3 weeks out and never got response. If you book this property good luck getting ahold of anyoneIf anything is broken or you want a partial refund. The only pro to this property is the view however there is no furniture to sit on the patio so you can stand outside and drink your coffee. This is not a reflection of the signature- they actually tried to contact the owner and when they had no luck gave us toilet paper to last us our stay. Do not risk your trip.... We assumed this would be a 5 star suite because of the threats of damage or drinking in the unit. Sadly all of the evidence is still left behind on the carpet and walls from prior partying. Don't waste your money.

Good location to the strip and decent room. But there was hair in the bathroom at checkin and we requested cleaning service twice and never heard back on the request. The tower itself is older and the pool was closed most for the time. Honestly, for the price we paid with all the fees, it would have been the same price to stay at a nice hotel on the strip, even with their resort fees.

Spectacular Property!

This was a great stay. The original place we booked was damaged prior to our arrival and the host upgraded us to a larger and nicer unit at no cost. The location, property and communication from the host cold not have been better. It is a very quiet location yet convenient to the MGM with an indoor walkway all the way to the casino and restaurants. We will be booking this again in the future!

Great Stay

Wonderful location right off the strip with easy walking access. My wife and I slept comfortably on the bed and my 14 year old on the pull out sofa. Owner was very curious and messaged us every day to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend.
