The room was very nice and spacious. I stayed 10 nights and there were serious problems with the elevators that entire time. Sometimes had to wait up to 20 minutes just to get on an elevator to go up to my room. There were always at least 3 elevators out of service and a few guests got stuck on them during my stay, no compensation just empty excuses from the hotel management. A free meal would have been nice.
