The room: the water in the shower was so slow and light it took for ever to shower. The shower didn’t have a door. I had to upgrade from the original room because it didn’t have a coffee maker and a fridge. The coffee maker wasn't working properly and I had to stay there holding the handle. The room didn’t have a view. Very disappointed

The front desk asked to upgrade and room was not that nice, shower only has a half wall, and the window was like were were in a prison cell. Bed was ok room smelled weird. Starbucks was a nice touch.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The area surrounding the hotel is not pleasant to walk around. It is dirty and has an u safe feeling. I would rather stay somewhere on the middle of the strip. Vegas is in need of a MASSIVE power wash on all side walks, garages, walkways, exterior surfaces...that city is DIRTY.

First room, the lights were flashing the whole time. Had to change rooms. 2nd room seemed smaller and less furniture. Both rooms, the safe was in locked position and couldn’t use. The WiFi was nonexistent. Had to log back in several times and most times it didn’t work. There was no ice machine on our floor even though the sign said ice and vending machines. The tower view was about the best part of the hotel.
