A let down for sure... The beds were worn down. The bathroom had mold stains on the ceilings and the base of the bathroom door had evidence of some flooding, i.e., the base was curling and chipping away. No hand or wash cloths were provided.

The newly renovated room was nice. However, there was no coffee maker in the room. The "free" wifi was only forb24 hours, then had to pay for it for the temaindernof the stay. Due to a paid event, we were not able to access the pool area. The staff at the front desk didn't seem terribly concerned about then issues, but did provide a food and beverage voucher

Check in was fairly easy, staff was nice. Does smell a bit Smokey when you walk in. They did assist in getting me into an accessible room but the bathroom sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain. Room was pretty clean, bed ok and one of the pillows felt like it was filled with packing peanuts

We upgraded to a suite. The bed was uncomfortable. Pillows were uncomfortable. Couch and chairs were uncomfortable. The tv was way too small for how far away it was from the couch. The remote didn’t work properly. The shower took 1-2 minutes for us to get warm water. It looked so dated and run down. Not worth the money we spent

The hotel was lovely, friendly and efficient staff that ensured that the check in process went smoothly. Despite numerous efforts, I was unable to gain access to the Wi-Fi in the select tower during my 5 day stay. This was an inconvenience as I flew in from the Caribbean.
