Check in was a nightmare. The room was fine however for being a newly renovated room, I expected to be able to turn certain lights off and turn others on. Coffee in room but not even one bottle of water. The vibe seemed sad overall. I wouldn’t stay here for pleasure. This was a business decision.

The resort is ok and I understand staffs are very busy, but there was moments when they were needed, like the parking lot when staff were supposed to keep watch at the booth, there were none available to the point that the cars end up building a line and I physically have to leave my car just to get them.

I am writing to share my recent experience during our stay, which was very disappointing due to multiple room maintenance issues and a lack of assistance from one staff member. After we checked in and received our room, we noticed that the bathroom sink water did not drain properly and the toilet was not flushing well. We returned to the check-in area to report the issues. One staff member told me that I needed to call the front desk to report the problems, even though we had just checked into the room 15–20 minutes earlier. She did not offer any help or assistance. Fortunately, another staff member named Shea was very helpful and assisted us in changing to a different room. However, the new room also had an issue. The shower head made a very loud noise whenever the water was turned on, and the noise continued even after the water was turned off. I called the front desk, but it took quite a while for someone to come and fix the issue. My son even tried to fix it himself while waiting. We had traveled all day and were hoping to shower and rest early, but instead we had to deal with repeated room problems, move back and forth, and handle unnecessary stress related to the bathroom issues and staff response. I appreciate Shea’s help, but overall this experience did not meet our expectations. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and used to improve room inspections and staff support for future guests.

La habitación muy cómoda y renovada, limpiaron diario y el personal muy amable. Las instalaciones excelentes tanto la alberca como el gimnasio. Lo unico q no me gustó es que no tienen servicio de lavandería, para una estancia larga no puedes lavar ropa. También el internet diario tenía que llamar a que me dieran acceso.

No free breakfast, but I wish they added water to the rooms. Staff was good, casino and bar employees were phenomenal. First room was ADA, had dirty towels and broken outlets that sparked. Second room they relocated me to was great.

This hotel demonstrated extremely poor safety procedures and guest handling. There were two false emergency evacuation alarms on January 7 and January 8. Guests were forced to rush down the stairwells, and I was staying on the 23rd floor. During the second incident, guests who had evacuated from higher floors informed the front desk that an emergency evacuation was in progress. Despite this, the front desk staff did not respond and continued checking in new guests, directing them to their rooms via the elevators while the alarm situation was still unfolding. This was both confusing and unsafe. After the second evacuation on January 8, no explanation or communication was provided to guests at all. The staff behavior was equally disappointing. A male front desk staff member was unprofessional and rude, making false accusations toward a group of guests who were simply asking for clarification. The Assistant Hotel Manager failed to provide any meaningful explanation or reassurance. Instead, she attempted to dismiss concerned guests with token gestures such as bottled water and waiving one night’s resort fee, rather than addressing the underlying safety issues. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was unstable and nearly unusable for most of the stay. Overall, this hotel fell far below acceptable standards for safety, professionalism, and basic guest service. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.
