Setup was great for three people with the pull out in the living room. The facilities were good. The carpet needs replacement as it is getting worn. It is close to airport and the property was clean and safe.There could be more coffee put out for three days in the suite. We had enough towels and liked the location.

Awesome location and we'll worth the stay. Property is very luxurious, the room was beautiful and convenient with amenities available. The view was amazing displaying the beautiful sights of Vegas strip. I will definitely be choose this location for future visits.

The room was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. The only issue was that we didn't receive any notification that valet parking closes at 10:00 PM. We waited for about 10 minutes before we had to ask the staff, who informed us that we needed to go to Tower 2 for parking. Other than that, everything was great.

Terrible experience with Experian. Very poor service. They are scammers. In the room they measured at the hotel, I found cockroaches. I told the receptionist, but she didn't care what I said. Very poor service. Since I arrived, I will never rent a room through Experian again, and I will never rent a room at the Signature. It was a terrible experience I had on vacation with them. I do not recommend them at all.

Just be aware this is a private owned room. No maid service unless you pay extra. Which means no extra towels unless you pay for them to be delivered. Definitely needs updates in the room. Lamp outlets were messed up where they are unable to be used to plug in phones etc.

The staff is abysmal. They were extremely difficult to deal with and mad me continually requests a late check out for multiple days only to then demand an extra fee for a half hour delay in check out. I asked for an explanation and why it took so long to get back to my request and they refused to provide an explanation. If they were going to charge a fee they should’ve been able to communicate that the very first day it was requested. They also flooded my email with reminders of the check out, needlessly.
