This is our 4th year coming here and rooms have always been clean. The property is well kept clean. Good views of the strip. Shuttle to excalibur is great. No issues on our trips here.

Only good for the pool

The pool and lazy River were nice but that’s about it. The food was expensive, the arcade was small and expensive, they denied our late check out, couldn’t get their computer systems to work which delayed our check in and caused us to have to go back to get a parking pass. The TV broke and toilet clogged (after 2 uses) and we had to call 4 people to get service. They didn’t have a real blanket on the bed and room for 4 is a joke.

What a wonderful place to stay. Family friendly, incredible swimming area and just outside of the Vegas downtown area. Highly recommended for family fun.

Over-all clean. Limited hot water, shower in 4 inches of water poor draining. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Long walks to other towers because pool gates block everything. Old style coffees no k cup available. No cash made it tough. No fans in rooms none available at desk. Resort fees.

We had a nice stay, never had an issue getting a chair by the pool. The suite was giant, I’m sure it’s great for families. Only problem was the shower in room 5229 makes an absolutely deafening sound, we kept calling it the Shrieking Shack. Not ideal for a relaxing shower! Regardless, I’d probably stay there again.

I like this property however that fact it has a time share makes me edgy that I was always being sold too. The dishwasher was broken, and the sink disposal wasn't working.
