The room smelled like sewage covered with deodorizer. When I reported the horrible smell, the front desk moved us from a double to a single bed and the 2nd room had the same smell. The overwhelming smell of sewage is not acceptable. I paid for a room not updated but sewage smell is horrible. That is unhealthy & the staff is well aware of it.

The customer service was horrible. Check in time was for 4pm we had to wait in an hour long line to get checked in because their check in tablets don’t work. The room didn’t have the view we wanted. The air conditioning was poor. The restroom was dirty upon arrival

It was a smooth transaction overall. No real problems to report, and I would definitely use them again. The early check-in fee was only $10, which I appreciated. My room was one of the older ones, and it did show, but it was clean, and it was priced accordingly. The upgrade to a newer room would have been $30. Overall, including the resort fee I paid about $108 for a Sunday night.

Rio was a great place to stay. The price was decent, the rooms were clean, the casino was fun. Housekeeping brought me extra towels on request. Valet parking was nice. The lounge area by the masquerade tower was awesome. Only two things that I can complain about. One, the food options are not great, two, the elevators took forever. At one time there was only 1 elevator that was working and it took 20 minutes to get on. I was on the 19th floor so the stairs were not ideal. Other than that it was good. I would stay again.
