A beautiful hotel. Gorgeous amenities. Quiet, spacious room. We had tickets to The Sphere and it was the perfect location as we walked through the hotel just following the signs to the venue. A perfect choice!

Our room was beautiful, the staff kept in contact with us daily to let us know they are avaliable for assistance any time. We were celebrating our 48th Anniversary and had asked the staff for a suggestion for a nice dining experience. They not only suggested Delmonico Steakhouse but at our request made reservations for us. The food was amazing and our server presented us with a lovely plate with complimentary strawberries dipped in chocolate and a nice card. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Probably the nicest room I’ve ever stayed in. It was tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. The setup was great and it was quiet. Hotel amenities were awesome. Staff was great too.

Well pretty cheap that they had no complimentary waters in our suites. I called housekeeping to request softer pillows as the ones they have are very uncomfortable. The one they sent was the same. They also said you can’t get the water delivered. Have to go to front desk for that. Cheap and inconvenient

Starting at the drop off to the front desk and even to the elevators my sister's and I were treated with great courtesy. Our shopping and trying different restaurants was one of our best experiences while staying at the hotel.
