The room we stayed in was newly renovated and gorgeous but very small and had zero view which made it feel more confined. Other than that it was great, although the north tower rooms are far from the parking garage and main entrance. Just a thought.

We had a suite and genuinely enjoyed it for the most part. It was safe, clean, well organized, and comfortable. The problem we had was there was a sewer smell that came from the bathtub after once we drained the water. It was so bad that we left the room and came back thinking it would go away but it got worse. We informed the front office staff 3 times on night one. No one came. We then called the office on the second day and no one came. We called housekeeping and they said it was a facilities issue. Facilities finally came but the smell was gone. That evening it came back and we called facilities directly but they never came up. It was a total bummer that they couldn’t come when the problem was active so they could identify the source. We paid a lot to be in the suite solely because of the bath tub size and to be neglected and deal with this issue was unfair.
