Staff was excellent. For a place like Vegas they had no “vegan” options at any of the on site restaurants. Just to get something simple like a veggie burger or anything. The pick all courts, the nets were not in place or torn down. Just a bit run down. Close proximity to the convention center and on The Loop!

Just okay. Nothing special about this place. First of all, I don't care if it's becoming the new norm, after paying so much for a room, charging for the parking is ridiculous. Secondly, food places close early! Sign says 2 am but they won't let you in line at midnight eventhough there's no one in line! Not worth

We were in town for an event at the convention center so this location is perfect because we could walk there. The beds were incredibly comfortable! Our room was not made up on any other days we stayed and I felt the pool was very crowded — too small for a hotel this size.

We only stayed for one night, but I was pleasantly surprised! It was a quick last minute trip for my friend and I to see the Backstreet Boys at the Sphere. The price was great and the hotel staff was so friendly. They did allow us to check in early for a $45 fee, but it was well worth it to be able to check in 6 hours early and get settled in before we left for the show. Everytime we passed a staff member in the hall or on the floor, they always made it a point to greet us. They also held our bags the next morning after checkout so we could go explore more without having to carry them with us. They have their own monorail stop which was nice as it did save significant time when going other places. The only “downside” is that they don’t have a traditional food court like the other hotels in Vegas that I have previously stayed at. However, the quick service restaurant Loco Bueno Tacos more than made up for the lack of food court! It was delicious. We had the best breakfast burrito there that was made with chorizo and well worth the price. We even stopped there again before heading to the airport to get some street tacos as well. The room was updated and felt spacious. We would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.

The westgate is definitely an older hotel. I can’t speak to the more luxury rooms but the room I stayed in was okay. The furniture was very scratchy, the headboard had tears in it, and there were visible cracks/stains. The overall stay was good for a quick turn around trip. It wasn’t noisy or loud and the bottom floor does look very inviting. It’s also more of an older demographic that stayed there (that’s not a problem just something to be aware of).

I booked this hotel last minute through Expedia. The room itself was clean and decent. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, but not all. After the timeshare tour, I was directed to the VIP line for check-in, but the staff there seemed rude and kept questioning why I was in that line. I also asked about the app and mentioned that I’m a rewards member, but was told there are no rewards since my booking was made through Expedia. The timeshare staff was not very pleasant after we decided not to purchase anything. We were then left standing in the middle of the lobby without any clear directions on what to do next.
