Rooms are dirty! I don’t recommend. They put us in a sweet, still had to pay extra. The suit was a little better, but still substandard. Don’t recommend staying there.

Expedia advertised 5 person occupancy. However, the room only had two beds (no sofa). Expedia charged me $15 for the additional person and there wasn't even a bed for them. To add to this problem, the hotel then charged an additional $15 (on top of the $15 I already spent) for a rollaway bed. The front desk agent refused to waive this fee even though they advertised the room as one that sleeps five people when the room only sleeps 4. When I told the agent my reservation was for five people he told me three people could sleep in one bed. This is ridiculous. The room was also not clean and there were many hairs in the bathroom tub and on the bathroom floor when we checked in. Although we had to sign a notice saying we wouldn't smoke in the room, the entire hotel reeks of cigarette smoke. Definitely wouldn't advise to stay here.

See last 4 sentences as to my rating. Room was nice, and clean. The Valentine's Day buffet was just so-so. Upon check-out at 11:05am, I asked the clerk if we can still use the pool. His response was cold and uncaring: "Once you check out, you can no longer have the privilege to use the pool!" Wow, what an attitude! So we could use the pool from 9:00am (opening time) to 11:00am!

Our room was not clean. I think if you have an ice bucket you should have glasses of some sort. They gave us clean towels each day but did nothing else. The shower in the bathroom did not shut off ,so it dripped. I saw where they are remodeling their rooms. So maybe when we return for our golf trip next year it will be better. The receptionist was nice. And the casino was was good.
