Overall nice, but if you want sleep stay elsewhere

Rooms were clean. Staff was very nice. You can tell it is an older hotel that needs some TLC. Only a couple jets on the hot tub worked. Decking needs attention as well. Loved the fact that from 9-11pm the pool is adults only. Biggest issue was the bed. It was like sleeping on a lumpy slab of concrete.

Fantastic bargain price, nice resort but in need of an update or remodel of the rooms, they are getting a little wore out and dated and desperate need for black out shades to go with the curtains, that nevada sun just blasts past the curtains in the early mornings.

Terrible experience

It was terrible! We had ants in our hotel room on the 4th floor. The front desk told us they would send someone up to take a look. After waiting 25 min. I decided we would not be staying in that room any longer. We went to the front desk where they told us they would switch our rooms and then comp us for the night. However they sent us to a different room where the AC was not working and the bathroom was not clean. Then we realized there was only 1 bed and not 2. Also the TV remote was missing from the room. They did end up sending someone to fix the AC. The room took forever to cool down! The bathroom was gross. My son no longer had a tooth brush due to ants being all over his toothbrush and tooth paste. We did not finally get to rest until after midnight! They did not help with cost to our room and they will not return my calls. We will never stay here again. The first room was such trash.
