Not much contact with hotel staff except check in. Stale personality but efficient. Room was specious with great view(by request). Plenty of restaurants if you're not terribly picky. Nightly comedy shows with Josh H. Cocktail waitresses are awesome. Good casino we won a lot. A total of over 1g American. Arcade for the kids 2 gift shops. Gas station at parking lot entry. Very convenient location. Near the river taxi and right on the river. 5 min walk to neighboring casino. Really a great experience.

Staff was friendly. Conveniently located for what we wanted to do and good to have room following concert. Fair selection of food options with sister property a nice close walk away. Don't look up or down in common areas or rooms. Surface clean at best but the sheets were clean so that was good.
