We were only able to get hot water. There was no way to get cold water. We told the front desk and they could’ve cared less. We were shocked because when we checked in, we had the nicest person to check us in, but when we were leaving and trying to get some Water fixed, they didn’t care we were leaving.

We had a great time!

The room and floor we were on was quiet. Everything was clean, sheets were soft and comfortable, room temperature was good. We had a view of the river from our north facing windows. We walked the sidewalks along the river, perfect day with sun and nice breeze. The hotel accomodated our request to be on the same floor with all our friends. That made it more convenient to get together when going out or just hanging out in the casino. We and or friends all agreed that we should do another trip like this maybe in the fall, so we may be back.
