Please note: all bookings have to start on a Friday. Barn Owl Cottage is nestled in the Cornish hamlet of Canworthy Water, near the thriving town of Launceston. With reverse level accommodation and two ground floor bedrooms comprising a double with en-suite bathroom and a twin with en-suite wet room, this property can sleep four people. There is also a first floor cloakroom and first floor open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the exterior is off-road parking for two cars, an enclosed, lawned garden with patio furniture and a BBQ, along with a shared garden with a children's play area. Please note: due to storm damages the play area is out of use for the rest of 2025. Swallows Nest offers just the holiday you deserve. Barn Owl Cottage offers a relaxing break in Cornish countryside.Note: The charging of electric cars is not permissible at the property, nearest charge point is in Bude. Please note: All bookings must start on a Friday.

Launceston is situated on the Devon and Cornwall border, and is dominated by the ruins of a Norman castle sitting high above the town. Visit the Tamar Otter Park just 3 miles away or take a trip on the steam train through the Kensey Valley. You are also within easy reach of Bude and Padstow to the north, with Plymouth to the south and many fun-filled attractions littering this superb region.
