This stunning apartment with views over the Tamar to the Silo's consists of 3 spacious Bedrooms, King Main Suite with Ensuite including Spa Bath and WIR, plus 2 Queen Beds, Main Bathroom and 3rd Toilet/basin upstairs for guests convenience. The large open plan living space, kitchen and separate Dining and 3rd Bedroom are all upstairs, this is a sunny space with an outlook to the Old Penny Royal Watermill on one side and small deck to the water view the other side.
Free parking is available for 2 cars in our double garage with remote access. The property is walking distance to the CBD or straight to the Zig Zag track to the Gorge or take the more casual Cataract walk. Launceston is built around the most spectacular spot the Cataract Gorge and we are literally on the door step. You have so many amazing restaurants just moments walk away including the Cataract on Paterson, Still Water, Kings Bridge Bar and Restaurant, Penny Royal Adventure with Restaurants, Ice Cream shop, Wine Bar and more, TRC Hotel, Susie's Hoong Fat if you want some amazing Chinese Takeaway, you can walk the boardwalk or through Royal Park to the Seaport for so many Restaurant, Bar, Cafe and Coffee Shop choices or cross the bridge to the Silos. You can literally watch the New Years Eve Fireworks from the living room.
