We absolutely loved our stay at First Landing. The service was incredible-from front desk to pool to restaurant, we’ve yet to experience service like this from any other resort or hotel stay anywhere else. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the entertainment during certain nights at the restaurant was fabulous and inclusive. We must give a shout out to Miryim who worked for the kids club, as she made sure to acknowledge our kids every time she saw them and she included them during every activity. Awesome! We stayed in the Burre which was definitely a little dated, but well kept by housekeeping. We would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Fiji!

Firstly - the ocean view bure we booked was a horrid cold damp hut looking out over a garden. Sheets were stained, was all just very old and grimey. They did allow us an upgrade luckily as we were so upset. I found the staff to be disingenuous - bula how are you, but said through a forced must. I felt staff had a real attitude of ‘not my problem’ here, service was shocking. I wanted to order a taxi, oh come back later lovely lady, aka lazy, then the evening meal service was shocking - I ordered a drink and it took me asking 4 separate staff where it was before I went up to the bar to get it myself, not a sorry, just a laugh. Really disingenuous. Because there are SO MANY staff everywhere they obviously think they can get away with getting someone else to do it, again lazy. We never got our welcome drinks either - again we asked 5 staff by which point we said we’d never eat there again. We ate next door at the marina - highly recommend that place. Would never come back to Fiji because of this experience.

For our last night in Fiji, First Landing had a great location in proximity to Nadi Airport. We enjoyed hanging at the property before we had to leave for the airport. The staff was very accommodating to our needs. For the restaurant, they provide a good serving. My husband and I could have split a dinner for 2. Fun nightly entertainment of cultural dances. Thank you.
