A former 19th-century barn adjoining the owners' house in a quiet village in the Loire gorges.

Nearby: aquatic center 600 m away, Lavoute-Polignac castle 2 km away, educational farm in Beaulieu (2.5 km), Le Puy-en-Velay 15 km away (historic city, cathedral, cloister, hospital, Notre Dame de France statue, St. Michael's dike and chapel, all shops and services), Vorey 7 km away (water park, shops and services), Rosières 7 km away (Corboeuf ravines, Blanlhac mills). First floor: living room/kitchen (TV, DVD player), 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed), 1 bedroom (with a single bed), shower room/WC.
Covered summer kitchen, large shared unfenced meadow (1300 m²), bicycle garage.
Outdoor games, ping-pong table and foosball table.

Baby equipment available upon request: high chair, travel cot, baby bath, bottle warmer, playpen.
