Sleeping Arrangements
Getting good sleep matters when traveling, so we made comfort a priority.
Bedroom 1 includes a comfortable queen bed with soft bedding and a relaxing setup to help you rest after a busy day.
Bedroom 2 also includes a cozy queen bed, making the apartment great for families, friends, couples traveling together, or business travelers who want separate sleeping spaces.

Parking Information
Parking is easy and convenient during your stay.
You will have access to one covered carport parking space. This works well for most standard vehicles, family SUVs, and minivans.
If you are driving a taller vehicle, oversized truck, cargo van, commercial van, or lifted vehicle, the covered carport may not have enough clearance. No worries, we also offer free open parking spaces for larger vehicles.
Please note that trailers, campers, RVs, or travel trailers cannot be parked on the property. Please make other parking arrangements before booking if needed.

Because we are in a quiet neighborhood, parties, loud gatherings, and late night events are not allowed. We ask guests to respect neighbors and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially during nighttime hours.
The apartment has been fully remodeled with fresh finishes and new furniture. We work hard to keep the space clean and welcoming for every guest, so we kindly ask everyone to treat the apartment with care during their stay.
Please double check parking needs before booking if you are traveling with an oversized vehicle. While open parking is available for taller vehicles, the covered carport space has limited height clearance.
Late checkout requests may be available depending on our cleaning schedule and availability. If approved, an extra fee may apply. Fees vary based on the checkout time requested. Please ask ahead of time if you think you may need extra time after checkout.
