I loved everything about the place with the exception of the showerheads. Not having an alternative to the rain shower head pouring water straight down on top of me is enough for me to never come back despite everything else being perfect. Sorry. Someone made a bad decision with that.

Your hotel is beautiful but overpriced, for that much money you should have a small kitchen available in your hotel, the young girl at the desk was not very friendly but your prices are not in line with the experience.

There are no nearby dining options. There was an annoying problem (unusual noise) with the room's HVAC unit, and the desk clerk promised to have it repaired.

Good for travelers with pets!

I stayed here while I was displaced for several days. It was a great location if you have pets! Close to shopping, ample storage in the room, a nice sized indoor pool, and the breakfast was AMAZING. This location is popular with families staying for sporting events. If staying over the weekend, the kiddos do get a little loud running through the halls. A bit problematic for pets that get anxious around loud noises.

Great stay

At check in, my wife looked at their coffee bar and asked if they had hot chocolate. The clerk went back to an office and grabbed a hot chocolate packet for her. Breakfast was way above average, room was great, everything 5 star!
