We choose this property because it was in the same town as family we were visiting. The hotel is on the older side, run down in areas. The easy chair had the upholstery coming off. The bed was not comfortable. There were no dishes in the kitchen. We were told we had to put in order for them. The towels were thinner than most but clean. On our 3rd day there we asked for clean towels and were told we had to bring our towels down and exchange them for clean ones. Twice when I went to the front desk for something there was no one around. Other people were waiting too. The rates were cheaper than other hotels in the area. I guess we got what we paid for.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Unkept Facility The room we received was nothing like what was shown online. It was poorly presented — the chair was badly peeled and looked like an eyesore. Unfortunately, we didn’t check the room before making payment. After seeing its condition, we immediately requested a room change or at least for the damaged chair to be removed. The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. She bluntly said there was nothing she could do and that we wouldn’t be refunded, advising us to contact Expedia instead — with no assurance of getting our money back. After a long trip, we didn’t want to argue further. We asked for a blanket to cover the chair, and instead of assisting us, the receptionist told us to come down to collect it ourselves. I personally went down to get it. We had booked for three nights but only stayed for two. We requested a refund for the unused night, but again, the receptionist refused, saying the booking was made online — even though I clearly paid at the facility during check-in. She took our number, promised follow-up, and to this day, we haven’t heard anything. The service was poor, the facility was unkempt, and they still owe me money. If you’re considering staying here, check the room thoroughly before making any payment. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is extremely clean. They keep up with it nicely. All of the staff are amazing you can’t beat the price for the condition of the hotel, the politeness and friendliness of the staff and the location!!!!

Stay away. Hotel in general smelled bad. Room was musty. Loud. Rooms were dirty and bedsheets had stains. “breakfast” consisted of watered down coffee and nutrition bars. Not a great area as far as location. Keep scrolling and book another hotel.

Great location and very clean with friendly service. Beds were nice, however our furniture in the room needed to be replaced as the covering on both chairs had peeled off in multiple places. In the gym, several machines were not working. Free breakfast is limited to only choice of 2 kinds of packaged snacks and coffee. No fruit or juice. There is a designated smoking patio but no pool. There is a full kitchen but you have to request dishes and coffee maker. Heard from other guests this location had been recently sold and might be having a makeover.

The evening desk clerk paid as little attention as possible, seeming to want to get back to her headphones, which she had on constantly, and every time I came through the lobby, the ‘be back soon’ sign was up, with her nowhere in sight. We tried to get service from our room, calling the front desk line, with a message that this number is not in service at this time. Other than that, we were fairly satisfied with our stay.
