The house is mostly built in 1958 in the French colonial style, has two bedrooms, each with shower and sink, a bathroom with toilet and shower and another separate toilet, next to even a living room with sofa bed, open fireplace and magnificent Canigou-view and the ground floor yet a living room with folding element. The kitchen is on the first floor, from there is the access to the terrace. There are washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave. Cooking with gas, hot water and heating with electricity. The house is up on bed and table linen and towels completely for max. 6 people furnished. The orchard - about 1700 square meters - is 1, 5 km from the house and accessible to all garden lovers.
