Welcome to the Eden Roc villas, your dream villas for an exceptional holiday!

This superb villa overlooking the turquoise waters of the Bay of Diamonds is fully

air-conditioned. It is composed of a ground floor, a first floor, a covered outdoor gallery and a terrace with

and a terrace with swimming pool. The 4 rooms have a sea view and each one has its own bathroom.

The first suite with its king size bed and its bathroom (Italian shower and bath) is on the ground floor, with access to the pool. On the first floor you will find two spacious bedrooms with a king size bed, and one bedroom with two single beds.These beds can be combined to make 4 double rooms on request.

The bedding is top of the range hotel quality bedding. Each room has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower and is equipped with a hairdryer. On your arrival you will find a Nuxe kit for your first night. Two rooms have access to a terrace equipped with two long chairs which will allow you to isolate yourself and relax facing the sea and the Diamond rock.

The villa is equipped with an American kitchen with all the necessary comfort: the crockery is Villeroy et Boch quality crockery and Cristel brand cookware. It has an induction hob, American fridge with ice dispenser, oven, microwave oven and a dishwasher. In the back kitchen, there is a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an additional freezer, an iron and ironing board, cleaning accessories and all the small appliances: a filter coffee machine, a Nespresso machine, a citrus press, a toaster, a kettle, a mixer, a scale and a vacuum cleaner.

Very well equipped, you will find everything you need for the preparation of your meals with family or friends!

The spacious and air-conditioned living room, with its quality furniture (Tribu brand) offers you a modern and refined decoration. The 55-inch TV allows you to access all your favourite programmes by connecting directly to your Amazon, Disney +,Netflix, ... The large bay window will offer you a relaxing view of the sea and the boats.

The car park secured by an electric gate will allow you to park your cars in complete safety (3 spaces per villa). The villa is equipped with an alarm system and has a safe.

The exterior of the villa, surrounded by tropical plants, is the ideal setting for

to enjoy the Martinique sun. The terrace has a large table for 10 guests, a Weber gas barbecue for grilling and a comfortable outdoor lounge for those warm Caribbean evenings.

To cool off, you can choose between a jump the infinity pool or a drink with your feet in the water thanks to our underwater seats and the shade of the parasol. Do you prefer sunbathing? A terrace equipped with deckchairs

on the other side of the pool and will help you to perfect your tan facing the Diamond Rock.

If you are in a sporting mood, a small gate at the foot of the villas

gives you access to the sea to dive directly into the waves!

The Eden Roc villa offers an idyllic setting for a relaxing holiday close to all

amenities. Located in the town of Le Diamant, it is close to a grocery shop

a bakery, a pharmacy and a doctor's surgery. After a few minutes walk you'll find the beach of Le Diamant, 3km long, perfect for a walk under the palm trees at sunset. You can also observe the Diamond rock and its sparkling reflections.
