The Property

"La Terrasse du Port" is located on Quai Colbert in Le Grau du Roi, on the second floor of a peaceful residence. This iconic location marks the entrance to the Fishing Port, facing the old lighthouse and the sea. It offers the perfect setting to experience local life—watch the fishing boats leave and return, see the fishermen sort their catch, and watch the stalls being set up. Just two minutes’ walk from all the amenities and the beach, it’s the ideal place for a memorable stay.

The apartment is bright, welcoming, and decorated with great taste. You’ll enjoy a spacious, sunny living room with a view of the Fishing Port and direct access to the terrace for your morning breakfasts. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, and all the necessary kitchen utensils to prepare delicious meals.

The living room is modern and features a non-convertible sofa, TV, and air conditioning for your comfort. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and rest in one of the two tastefully decorated bedrooms.

The apartment also has a newly renovated bathroom with an Italian shower and modern décor, as well as a separate WC.

Linen included: a set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation.

Très bien situé

Situé en centre ville et très proche de la plage , l’appartement est très agréable , bien decoré et climatisé - indispensable car environnement bruyant (cour du restaurant sous la chambre) Compliqué avec un enfant en bas âge car pas de parking a proximité et pas possible de se garer même provisoirement devant la porte de l’immeuble
