Wonderful

Beautiful apartment. Some small maintenance issues may need over-all but otherwise it was a delight. We throughly enjoyed our stay at Le Lavandou. Thank you for letting us share this little bit of paradise.

Selve lejligheden var rigtig fin med aircondition og en virkelig dejlig uddsigt.Men vi fik fra VRBO tilsendt en anden adresse end lejlighedens rigtige adresse. Og den mand der så skal tage imod os virker irriteret over at vi ikke kan finde lejligheden, han har travlt kan man fornemme og har svært ved af forklare sig på engelsk.Den sidste dag kommer han igen for at hente penge for rengøring, her skal han også tjekke hele lejligheden, det har vi ALDRIG været ude for før, det virkede meget grænseoverskridende.

Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet. Zugang zum großen Balkon durch große Terrassentüren vom Wohn/Esszimmer und Schlafzimmer. Kurzer Fußweg in den Ort. Die Lage über der Buch ist super.

trés bon séjour dans un bel appartement avec une vue magnifique

trés bonne semaine dans un bel appartement trés bien situé avec avec une vue magnifique. Un plan serait bien utile car l'accés est assez difficile surtout car on arrive apres une journée de route. En févier pas de probléme pour se garer. L 'absence de connexion internet peut etre un probleme pour certains.

Bellissima vista Panoramica sulla baia di Lavandou

Struttura in posizione fantastica, isolamento acustico e condizionamento ottimi. Cucina ben attezzata con elettrodomestici piuttosto vetusti. Unica pecca mancanza di un parcheggio all'interno della struttura, il box che viene proposto è solo per auto molto piccole.

Séjour au Lavandou

Notre séjour au Lavandou et de surcroît dans cet appartement nous a ravi le coeur ! La vue est exceptionnelle de jour comme de nuit, nous y avons vécu un peu comme dans un rêve éveillé. Le contact avec la propriétaire était très agréable et l'échange avec la personne sur place était chaleureux et très sympathique. Nous nous souviendrons pour très longtemps de tous ces éléments, tellement important pour des vacances réussies. MERCI <3

excellent appartement avec une vue exceptionnelle

très bon contacte avant, pendant et après notre séjour avec la propriétaire de l’appartement. L’appartement est grand et comme il est sur les hauteurs il a une vue impressionnante sur la baie du Lavandou. Il porte bien son nom sur les sites de réservation « vue exceptionnelle » La terrasse est très grande. L’accès entre l’appartement et la plage principale se fait par un petit chemin (chemin d’adaou ) et il faut 5 minutes environs à pied pour descendre. Pour vous rendre à la plage de Saint Clair c’est 7/8 minutes (à pied ) Excellent séjour et nous y retournerons

La vue!

Le ++ de cet appartement c'est la vue superbe. Le + c'est l'agencement et l'équipement de l'appartement. Le moins c'est l'accès difficile au parking:pas de place dédiée, manoeuvres difficiles.L'immeuble étant sur les hauteurs,pas évident de faire les courses à pied ,le sentier est très pentu et montagnard.A 83 ans,on l'a quand même fait.

Onbetrouwbaar en ongastvrij adres!

Eind april een uitgebreide offerte ontvangen van de eigenaar waarin alle kosten specifiek genoemd worden. Na betaling krijg je een mail met de vraag om aan iemand (niet de eigenaar) sleutelkosten te betalen bij aankomst. Fancy appartement met een mooi uitzicht, maar daaraan heb je niet zoveel als er geen (bad)handdoeken, theedoek en bedlinnen aanwezig zijn. Dit is gedeeltelijk alsnog verstrekt maar weer tegen extra kosten. Vervolgens is gebleken dat het toilet continu doorspoelde zodat je na elk bezoek moest wachten tot het reservoir vol was om vervolgens de kraan te sluiten. Tevens lekte de wastafel in de badkamer (in de la eronder lag een plastic teiltje) en de warmwatervoorziening werkte slecht, je moest onder de douche staande meer dan twee minuten wachten voordat er warm water beschikbaar was (en dat is dan echt lang!). Tenslotte was de keuken zacht gezegd niet erg schoon. Per mail teruggekoppeld dat wij niet zo tevreden waren met deze toestand maar geen reactie ontvangen. Wel een bitse mail van een onbekend email adres (niet ondertekend) dat "het geen hotel was". Bij vertrek kwam wederom een ons niet bekend iemand met het verzoek om te betalen. Ik heb aangegeven dat niet te zullen doen omdat ik graag eerst een reactie op mijn mail wilde hebben, dat lijkt mij toch wel zo beleefd. Ze lachtte en zei dat het allemaal wel goed kwam. Ik heb gestaan op een rondje van het appartement om duidelijk te maken dat er geen schade of vermissing was, zij wilde dit niet expliciet bevestigen. En zoals al verwacht werden de extra kosten als schade van de borg ingehouden, ik begrijp wel waarom de borg zo hoog was! Resumerend was dit, na twee voorgaande heel leuke gîtes (met hartelijke ontvangst en waar standaard basale zaken als bedlinnen e.d. aanwezig waren) in deze vakantie, een minder plezierig einde van onze reis.
