Belle appartement tres bien situé Pas besoin de voiture Tous se fait a pied Tout a proximité (restaurants, magasin,boulangerie, mer a 50 m.....) C'est la deuxième année que je vais a cette appartement Et vraiment pas decu Je precise quand même qu'il y a beaucoup de marche dans l'appartement, pour moi ce n'était pas dérangeant mais je le prefere le dire Sinon super séjour A refaire sans hésiter

Nous avons pris l’habitude de venir avec nos ados qui peuvent vaquer à leur occupations au vue de la situation en plein centre du Lavandou. Vacances pour tout le monde donc! Superbe vue sur les îles Appartement bien équipé et propre! Parfait!

Großartiger Blick

Schon oft im Meridienne gewesen, aber noch in keiner so schön renovierten Wohnung. Super Meerblick, Ausstattung bestens. Viele Treppen innerhalb der Wohnung, muss man wissen. Agentur hat den Check-in 2h nach hinten, und den Check-out 2h nach vorne verlegt (verglichen mit Inserat). Erst von der Agentur schriftlich, die Endreinigung sei inklusive, dann widerrufen und berechnet (107€).

peu commode , cher par rapport aux inconvénients

L'emplacement est idéal, mais l'appartement est peu commode, l'ascenseur dessert trois étages sur six . L'intérieur de l'appartement est composé de deux étages . on n'arrête pas de monter et descendre des marches ( 32 en tout, de l'entrée à la salle de bain chambre haute ). Le garage est réservé aux petites voitures . lorsque j'ai réussi à garer mon X5 , je ne l'ai plus touché de la semaine ( et je suis plutôt dégourdi au volant ) pour sortir de la voiture , je suis passé par le hayon arrière .Il n'y a pas d'internet dans l'appartement . l'agence nous a proposé un boitier nomade qui fonctionne avec le réseau de téléphonie mobile pour 39 euros la semaine . nous l'avons pris ,mais il ne nous a servi à rien car la bande passante est nulle et ne permet pas de streming . En fin de compte , nous avons utilisé nos iphones en partage de connection , ils étaient plus efficients . Concernant la clim, il y a la relève des seaux . il faut vider plusieurs fois dans la journée les seaux de la terrasse et de la chambre ( eau produite par la clim ) . Enfin , nous avons payé pour un ménage sérieux à notre départ, mais à notre arrivée, nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de trouver un WC sale avec une flaque d'urine séchée entre la lunette et le réservoir , ainsi qu'un dépôt de calcaire marron au fond de la cuvette . Le bac à graisse de l'évier portait bien son nom car l'égouttoir en plastique n'avait pas été soulevé depuis longtemps et une couche épaisse de graisse noire bouchait pratiquement la grille d'écoulement .

Belle vue mais pas de PQ

Appartement de qualité et conforme à l’annonce. Belle vue et bien placé. La conciergerie assurée par Foncia Location de Vacances est indigne. Après discussion nous apprenons qu’ils ont arrêté le contrat avec leur prestataire de services. Moralité ils ne servent strictement à rien : envoi intempestif de factures indues, mauvaises indications et très mauvaise communication avec les locatiares. Et pour finir même pas un rouleau de papier toilette fourni à l’arrivée. La crise sanitaire a bon dos. Indigne d’une telle enseigne.

Le Lavandou est un charmant village avec de belles plages et d'excellents glaciers.

Cet appartement très original par son architecture ( construit sur 3 étages et grands volumes ), très bien situé et avec une très belle vue sur la plage nous a séduits. Il est agencé avec goût et les meubles et appareils electro-ménagers sont de qualité (sauf peut-être le lave-linge mais je ne l'ai pas utilisé.....). Nous avons énormément apprécié la proximité de la plage, du port, des commerces et des restaurants ce qui fait que nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture de la semaine. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!
